  • Guest are advice to travel with their travelling documents at all times
  • Guest must ensure that they have travelling insurance.
  • Luggage/client hand bag must kept in safe place at all times
  • It is client responsibility to ensure that he/she that their resources are not accessible without their permission
  • In case when the guest forget their staff they must contact the lodge management / tour operator. The lodge will post your staff to the operator address or direct to you
  • The company will provide you with reliable tour guide who will ensure that all your staff are kept in safe place
